Always striving for fiscal transparency through reader-friendly reporting, East Valley Water District (District) participates in various governmental programs that evaluate financial reports made available to the public.
Through these efforts, the District is proud to announce it has been recognized with awards from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO), and California Municipal Treasures Associations (CMTA).
The Operating and Capital Budgets are developed on an annual basis through the establishment of District-wide goals, a Capital Improvement Program (CIP), program/departmental goals and objectives, and performance measures/key performance indicators.
