San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District is working in partnership with East Valley Water District to construct a new groundwater recharge facility for water produced from the Sterling Natural Resource Center (SNRC) and the City of San Bernardino Water Department.
Location
The new facility is being constructed on Greenspot Road near Weaver Street in Highland and will consist of large basins for water replenishment.
Construction Dates
January 2022 through 2023
Additional Information
The new facility will involve the installation of a new recycled water pipeline along Greenspot Road. East Valley Water District is working with the City of Highland to schedule and coordinate the construction of this facility with minimal disruptions to residents.
